New Testament

The New Testament was written in Greek between AD45 and AD90 by 8 men who knew Jesus personally and participated in the events descibed. These fulfil God's promises given in the Old Testament.

The gospels present Jesus as the King of the Jews (Matthew), the servant of all men (Mark), the Son of Man (Luke) and the Son of God (John).

The book of Acts records the growth of the church from 120 men trained by Jesus to a movement that unsettled the Roman empire in just 20 years.

Paul wrote 14 letters to new believers addressing all the issues they encourtered in learning to live a godly life in a pagan world.

Peter, James, John and Jude wrote to the believers, inter alia, affirming the things Paul wrote.

In the final book, Jesus reveals the conflict that will take place when world rulers raise their armies to prevent His return. It concludes 'Surely I come quickly'.

If you receive what the New Testament teaches and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, it will transform your life to one of inner peace (with God) and service to others in Jesus' Name as a citizen of His eternal Kingdom.
