Best wishes for 2010

Glory to God in the Highest

and on Earth

Peace

Goodwill toward Men

Dear Friends,

Jesus said “men's hearts failing them for fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth.” (Luke 21:24b-33)

Well 2009 is ending with great discussion on climate change, driven by fear that the earth will become inhabitable within a century if we do not do something. The answer is not an emissions Trading Scheme, but repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus tells us believers not to fear because we are appointed to salvation, not wrath (1 Thess 1:10).

This same Lord Jesus

will come again

Julie-Ann and Keith remain busy at Sandgate. Poest and Daisy had good reports except for 'homework'. Poest's broken right forearm is mending well. Truli is looking forward to a visit with Grandma in January. Sterling is walking but not talking yet.

Lois moved back to Sydney (Ashfield) during the year with Nahla, the golden retriever.

Kathleen and Kelvin are still at Latrobe. Hannah and Hyland play well together. Hyland is on a severe diet as the specialist try and fathom severe eczema he has developed.

Andrew is living in Orange and has started a Dip Ed in computing. He has given up the school cleaning as he now has a small computer programming job also with Charles Sturt University.

We had our first crop of olives and pressed 200 litres of Extra Virgin Olive oil, which Ellen is running around trying to sell.

Arthur 'retired' from NSW Agriculture/DPI/Industry and Investment in January but has continued to support ASReml, with workshops in NZ, USA, Brazil, UK, India and Adelaide during the year. This will continue in 2010. He has also enjoyed teaching Scripture at Cargo Primary School, continues supporting Rhema and the Orange Christian Assembly.

Some students in Mumbai

Ellen retired from Orange Christian School (support staff) in December and hopes to visit Europe with Arthur in 2010.

Thy Kingdom come

The will be done on earth
